Next month will bring the launch of the Homebuyer Show Scotland, an exciting new event for homebuyers looking to make their next move – and the event is set to make its debut in Glasgow. From frustrated first time buyers to struggling second steppers, and families looking for room to grow, Homebuyer Show Scotland is the first of its kind in Scotland and is designed to help any buyer find their next home, arming them with all information they need to make their next move.

The exciting new property event for Scotland will launch in Glasgow on Saturday 19th October 2019 and will be held at the Royal Concert Hall from 10am until 4pm. The show will welcome a range of exhibitors offering property sales and services; from housebuilders and estate agents to mortgage lenders and solicitors, combining to provide a valuable ‘one stop shop’ opportunity for homebuyers looking to make their next move in and around Glasgow.

Matt Colgan, Event Director for Homebuyer Show Scotland comments: “With hundreds of visitors already registered, we are very excited to be bringing Homebuyer Show Scotland to Glasgow this October. In today’s world of online calculators, algorithms, and chatbots, consumers are more likely to become confused and disheartened. We believe that we should never underestimate the value of face-to-face informal consultation where homebuyers can receive impartial, direct and personalised information, relevant to their own personal circumstances.

Potential homebuyers will be able to seek free financial advice in a one-to-one consultation, find out everything about their mortgage options or ask any legal questions they may have – all under one roof.  Throughout the day, key industry speakers will be able to deliver advice on certain topics, including first time buyers, helpful schemes such as Part Exchange as well as explaining the legal process in more depth. There will also be a whole range of properties and new homes to discover as well as finding out about any great deals available on the day.

Matt continues: “With exhibitors now signing up to attend the launch show and visitor registrations flooding in, we are confident that this show will be a great success for Glasgow and we have already received interest in an Edinburgh show for Spring 2020.”

“Moving house can seem like a daunting prospect especially if you need to factor in schools, commutes and house prices.  By coming to speak directly to the local experts on the day, homebuyers will be able to save days of time and meet the experts who can provide everything they need to find their new home.”

The show is well welcomed by Glasgow’s property market with exhibitors signing up following the announcement.

Neil McKay, Managing Director for Urban Union said; “We are really excited to be attending Homebuyer Show Scotland this October where we will be able to meet with potential homebuyers and discuss our exciting new developments in and around Glasgow.  The event will be a great opportunity for anyone interested to come along and discuss the range of options we have in Glasgow and also to meet with our friendly team.”

John O’Malley Chief Executive of Pacitti Jones says: “Pacitti Jones is delighted to support Homebuyer Show Scotland. As a leading agent in Glasgow and West Central Scotland the show will provide a great opportunity to meet with homebuyers and offer the best possible advice to anyone looking to make their next move.”

Rupert Bates, editorial director of www.WhatHouse.com and Show House magazine says: “We are looking forward to partner in this fantastic event which aims to support and promote homeownership in Glasgow as well as throughout Scotland. The property market in Glasgow and throughout Scotland remains strong and this is great news for homebuyers whatever rung of the ladder they are on. Events like Homebuyer Show Scotland will see this upwards trend of homeownership continue and give people the right advice to help make their next move, the right one.”
