A motorway in Glasgow has been blocked off after a serious one car crash.
The incident happened at 10am this morning heading southbound on the A74 between junction 14 and 15.
People are being advised to pass with caution following the collision, which has caused a series of smaller bumps with some debris across the road.
Emergency services are at the scene and motorists are asked to expect delays.
A spokesman for Police Scotland has said there is no report of injuries yet.
The crash was caused by a one vehicle collision with central reservation.
An HGV lorry is parked on the hard shoulder. However, it doesn’t appear to be involved in the collision.
