Celtic star Hatem Abd Elhamed has provided supporters with an injury update - and it appears to be good news.
The Hoops defender has been out of action since November 7 when he pulled up against Lazio in Rome as his side managed a memorable 2-1 victory.
His groin issue seemed to calm as he enjoyed a short stint of training at Celtic's winter camp in Dubai. However, the same issue flared up again and the Israeli international underwent scans to check for long-term damage.

Posting on social media this afternoon, though, Elhamed put fans' minds at ease with a positive note. He said: "Very positive results this morning. Will be back with my teammates soon."
Elhamed, 28, signed for Celtic from Hapoel Be'er Sheva in a deal worth around £1.6million.
