EMERGENCY work in being carried out in the East End after reports of a smell of gas.
SGN said their crews were called out to the Dalmarnock area of the city on Wednesday.
It is understood that the possible gas leak is on Springfield Road.
A spokeswoman said: "We’re carrying out emergency work in the road following reports of a smell of gas. There’s no impact on traffic.
"Due to the nature of this work, I can’t say when I will be completed but we’ll be working hard to get the work done as soon as possible."
