A GROUP of Manchester United fans have come under fire on social media after wrongfully attributing a famous Jock Stein quote to Old Trafford legend Sir Matt Busby.
The Red Devils supporters clubbed together for a tifo to be displayed in the stands for United's next game, complete with inspirational words from Busby.
Important message on the Stretford End tomorrow night.

Top marks to the lads & lasses from The Red Army for sorting it.#mufc 🇾🇪 pic.twitter.com/cc0d5JjIRW
The only problem is that the words attributed to Busby were actually said by Parkhead legend Stein.
Hoops fans picked up on the mistake and started leaving famous quotes of their own on the Twitter post - insisting with their tongue firmly in their cheek that they were all things that Busby had said.
