TWO men have been taken to the hospital after a disturbance in the city's Govan.
Police said they were called to Shaw Street before midnight on Thursday.
Two men were taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment and later released.
The force added that a 40-year-old had been arrested in connection with the incident. He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “We received a report of a disturbance on Shaw Street, Glasgow, around 11.45 pm on Thursday, August 6.
“Two men were taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment and later released.
“A 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with this, he is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, August 10."
