A FLOOD warning alert has been put in place for Greater Glasgow - as Scotland braces itself for the arrival for Storm Barbara.
Bosses at SEPA say heavy and persistent rain throughout yesterday and today could cause rivers and surface water to overflow.
A yellow weather warning has been in place in the city since Monday with Glasgow and the West battered by torrential storms.
A SEPA warning reads: "A period of heavy and persistent rain through Monday and into Tuesday could cause flooding from rivers and surface water.
"Particularly at risk are urban areas and the transport network.
