A MAN has been arrested in connection with the death of another man in Lanarkshire.
The 43-year-old is alleged to have been involved in the sudden passing of Daniel Greer, who was found in his Greengairs home on Monday.
The 33-year-old had not been seen since Friday when officers discovered his body in Rankin Street, on the outskirts of Airdrie.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of Daniel Greer in Airdrie.
"The 33-year-old was found dead at his home on Rankin Street in the Greengairs area of the town around 12.55pm on Monday, 19 October.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
