A PERSON has tragically died in the city centre.
Police have closed down part of Sauchiehall Street.
The death is being treated as non-suspicious and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Sauchiehall Street has been closed as the street passes over the M8 at Charing Cross.
Traffic Scotland confirmed that emergency services were on the scene early this morning.

The agency said: "Overbridge at the M8 and Sauchiehall Street is closed due to a police incident."
A police spokeswoman said: "We received a report of a sudden death at Charing Cross, on St Georges Road, Glasgow, around 5.55am on Thursday, October 29.
"The death is believed to be non-suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
