Arrest made in connection with murder bid
A man has been arrested in connection with an attempted murder as police continue their investigation.
On Friday afternoon, a man was attacked near Blackwood Avenue, Linwood around 3.20pm.
The victim, aged 35, was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital with serious injuries.

Cops confirmed that an arrest had been made and that they were following positive lines of enquiries.
