The Beatson Cancer Charity’s annual Burns Supper is a popular event.
In the light of restrictions imposed thanks to the coronavirus crisis, this year’s party will take place online instead.
The Bard and his Belles Virtual Burns Supper takes place on Friday 22 January at 7.30pm.
Hosted by broadcaster Alison Walker, with special guests comedian Karen Dunbar, sports presenter Hazel Irvine and respected Burns speaker Eric Davidson, it will also include entertainment from Celtic rockers the Red Hot Chilli Pipers.
The charity is hoping supporters will participate in an online auction on the night, which has a range of Scottish-themed luxury prizes up for grabs.
There will also be a quiz from lockdown quiz master Andy Dunlop of The Stayin’ Inn.
Tickets for The Bard and His Belles cost £30 per household, visit the Beatson Cancer Charity’s website for more information.
