Buy from a name you can trust
The Club understands that purchasing a holiday home is a big decision, so they will be on hand to guide you through the process. Location, lifestyle and the correct type of holiday home for your needs are all essential factors, as is affordability. That’s why, at The Club, they are transparent about all the costs involved to help you decide whether this is the right choice for you. Licence periods range from 15 years for a new static caravan or up to 50 years for a new lodge. The length of time per year you can occupy a home varies by park, but some allow owners to visit for up to 11-months in any 12 months.
Site fees range from £1,500-£5,700 per annum. Club Holiday Home customers have access to a team of staff with experience helping holidaymakers choose their perfect holiday home. The support continues at every stage of your homeownership.
