David Paton, 27, died at the scene of the crash
Two men who died in a crash on the M8 on Sunday have been named by police.
David Paton, 27, and Mark Downie, aged 31, died when thier blue Audi Q7 left the road on the M8 westbound near to junction 31.
Emergency services attended the accident, but both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
Five other men were taken to hospital for treatment of serious but non-life threatening injuries.
A 35-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
