Frostwick in action for Scotland Under-20s
ROAN FROSTWICK – the 21-year-old scrum-half, who is a member of Scottish Rugby’s Academy programme, attached to Edinburgh – has joined English Championship side Ampthill on loan.
The former Scotland Under-20s cap, who played for Watsonians during the Super6 season and more recently turned out for Marr in the Premiership, has taken up the opportunity to pick-up game time in the second tier of English rugby.
Ampthill are currently ninth of 11 teams in the Championship with two wins and one draw from six games, ahead of Nottingham and basement dwellers London Scottish.
