A GREENOCK woman repeatedly kicked a police officer and punched him on the head to injury, it is alleged.
Prosecutors say Renais McLaughlin, of Caddlehill Street, behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by adopting an aggressive attitude towards police officers and repeatedly shouting and swearing at them at Shaw Place in Gourock on June 29 last year.
McLaughlin is facing further charges of repeatedly kicking another officer on the body and being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug during the alleged 2023 incident.
The matter has been continued without plea and is set to call again on May 10.
