Scottish law firm Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP has announced a raft of hires and promotions, declaring these would bolster its service offering and expand its “legal expertise” across Scotland.

WJM has welcomed seven new recruits, and promoted two staff members “for excellence in their practice”.

In the Glasgow office, Christina MacDonald has been promoted to senior solicitor in the private client team There have also been four appointments in the Glasgow office, WJM noted.

Ruairidh Cameron has joined the corporate team as a solicitor, Lorraine Brodie has become the new office manager, and the private client team has been expanded with Katie Deans joining as a senior solicitor and Mairi Ross coming on board as a legal administrator.

In Edinburgh, Selina Fridge has joined as a solicitor in the private client team. Also in the Scottish capital, Costan De-Tore has been promoted to the post of senior solicitor in the commercial property team.

WJM’s Inverness office has welcomed a new trainee solicitor, Keturah Adam, and Catherine Fletcher has become the latest member of the Dunblane team, joining as a legal administrator.
