The kitchen and bar inside a Glasgow venue is now on the market.
The Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA) is seeking an operator for their on-site kitchen and bar, according to the Scottish Business Agency (SBA).
The SBA website details that the kitchen has a capacity to be open from morning till evening, and the courtyard area is licensed as well as the Third Eye Bar on the second floor.
It also details that rent would be £75,000 for those interested and would include control of the fully fitted bar, while the kitchen and courtyard bar/cafe area would require some investment.
Renting the property would also come with favourable lease terms, the SBA say.

The opportunity arises as the centre is set to re-open its doors on April 1 after closing in December 2024 due to financial struggles from the pandemic and the Glasgow School of Art fire in 2018.
The centre now has a three-year funding package in place from April 2025 until March 2028 with the venue owners, Creative Scotland.
