Reader Opinion: Clinton v Trump and "the lesser of two weevils"
MANY will remember "Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World" (2003), arguably Russell Crowe's finest film.
At dinner in the captain's cabin, the ship's doctor is teased with a pun concerning the need in the Royal Navy always to select "the lesser of two weevils".
With regard to Clinton vs Trump, while appreciating that most who read this will not be voters in that contest but nevertheless have an interest in the result, I recommend following RN policy and voting for Clinton. One does not require to like either to select the lesser weevil.
