I HAVE once again received prompt and excellent attention from the NHS with one caveat, namely lack of dedicated parking lots for outpatient clients. In particular at Glasgow's New Victoria I was unable to park in either of the dedicated parking areas. I doubt if the owners of all cars and vans parked therein had any direct business with the New Victoria. Perhaps some form of controlled parking should be a priority for outpatients.

Normally a client with a 10am appointment will be cleared and away by 11 am. The turnover of both clients and cars could be assisted by supervision of a dedicated area. Otherwise clients will continue to be stressed in their search for parking in Battlefield's already saturated streets.
