WITH the daily mean-spirited pronunciations of the elite political classes it’s great to find the spirit of human kindness is still amongst the people.
My daughter, wife and two children were in their car when it broke down at a very busy junction, causing a bit of a jam. Not sure what to do and in a bit of a panic they were approached by Steve and Michelle from Clydebank, who offered their help and supporting the first place by pushing the car to a safe spot.
Thereafter they were instrumental in getting the problem resolved. A true knight and lady of the road.
Gestures of such kindness give us back our faith in the human race, sadly grossly let down by our bickering, self-interested political elite.

Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
