SO much for the SNP's flagship free prescriptions policy.

I was at my GP surgery yesterday and was told I had a viral throat infection. I was not given a prescription but was told I could buy a product called Difflam.

I am on minimum wage and cannot afford the £8 for the item.

Easy to say there are free prescriptions in Scotland when the doctors are now refraining from giving you one.
