Hampton are back on the friendly trail as they prepare for a tough Ryman League Premier Division season ahead.

They travel the short distance down the M3 to Fleet for two friendlies on Saturday.

At 2.30pm the first team take on Fleet Town of the Dr Martens Southern League while later in the afternoon there will be a reserve team friendly.

On Monday Hampton's reserves will make the even shorter trip to Bedfont for a match kicking off at 7.30pm.

The first team are back in action at Beveree Stadium on Tuesday with a friendly against Crawley Town of the Dr Martens Southern League (Premier Division) - kick-off is again 7.30pm.

Molesey

Molesey FC have got four exciting pre-season friendlies lined up at Walton Road.

They tackle Sutton United, narrowly pipped for promotion to the Conference by Kingstonian last year, at 3pm on Saturday, with this year's Conference favourites Woking sending a full-strength first team at 7.30pm on Thursday (July 30).

The Moles' toughest pre-season test will undoubtedly come when Terry Venables brings his Crystal Palace team down to Walton Road on Tuesday August 4.

And Molesey wind up their pre-season preparations with a game against Conference side Farnborough Town on Saturday, August 8, at 3pm.

If the World Cup whetted your appetite for football, but you are put off by the spiralling admission charges at Premiership clubs, why not support your local club?

Everybody is welcome at Molesey and a membership scheme is available.

Just go down for one of the attractive pre-season friendlies or call 0181 979 4823 for more details.
