ATLETICO Madrid are set to send scouts to watch Celtic defender Kieran Tierney in Saturday's Scottish Cup final against Motherwell.

The 20-year-old has been linked with a host of clubs as interest mounts following another eye-catching campaign from the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year. 

La Liga giants Atleti are expected to send representatives to Hampden Park to observe the left-back this weekend, according to the BBC.

The nine-time Scotland internationalist is under contract with the Scottish champions until 2023 after signing a bumper six-year deal last summer.
