MOTHERWELL midfielder Allan Campbell insists the Steelmen cannot be too hard on themselves despite their top-six hopes suffering a blow in Saturday’s loss at Hibs.
Stephen Robinson’s side are now five points adrift of the Leith outfit in sixth place, with only three games left before the split.

Scotland Under-21 internationalist Campbell is not ready to throw in the towel and believes any disappointment over the weekend’s defeat should be tempered by the fact they had won seven from nine Premiership games prior to the trip to Easter Road.
Campbell, who joins club team-mates Jake Hastie, David Turnbull and Barry Maguire in the Under-21 squad for the forthcoming friendlies against Mexico and Sweden, said: “The boys can’t forget how well we’ve done up until this point, we need to get back in and make sure we’re looking forward to the next game.
“It was disappointing, it was a big game for us coming in to it and it’s annoying because I thought we could have done better with the goals we conceded.
“I think we dominated a lot of the game but in the end it just wasn’t our day.”
Motherwell face St Johnstone and take on Aberdeen and Rangers in their last three pre-split matches and the 20-year-old insists the players still have to believe they can catch Hibs.
He said: “We know we’ve still got three games and we know we can go and get results.
“We just need to get back to training and make sure we get the results in the next three games.”
