RANGERS will face Celtic in the Scottish Youth Cup final on Thursday night and they could win the Reserve League title with a win at Falkirk next week.

Ross McCrorie is the only one that has really made the breakthrough at Ibrox. I know it takes time and it’s difficult, but you need to produce players.

It is hard to come through at Rangers as opposed to a Motherwell or a Hamilton and you need to be at a higher level to get into a first team at Ibrox.
