STEVEN Gerrard stepped up his preparations for the new campaign as Rangers returned to action at the Hummel Training Centre on Monday morning.
The Light Blues will discover their Premiership schedule when the fixtures are released later this week, but all eyes are on Switzerland first and foremost as the road to the Europa League group stages starts to take shape.
When does the draw take place?
Rangers, alongside Kilmarnock and Aberdeen, will discover their first-round opponents when the draw is made on Tuesday. All three Scottish entrants will be seeded for their respective ties.
The second-round clashes will then be decided on Wednesday. Rangers will once again be seeded as they look to follow up what they achieved last term as they overcame Shkupi and Osijek in the early ties.
