Greg Taylor skips training amid Celtic interest

Kilmarnock's Greg Taylor skipped training on Friday as he waits to see if Celtic can agree a fee with the Rugby Park club for his services. The left-back missed training following a hamstring strain, but it has been reported that Taylor is keen to talk to Celtic and Kilmarnock are aware of his interest. (The Sun) 

Fears Rangers could play games 'behind closed doors' 

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard last night admitted that Rangers could be forced to play important European games at Ibrox behind closed doors in future if supporters continue to chant sectarian songs. UEFA have ordered the Glasgow club to close a section of their stadium for the second leg of their Europa League play-off against Legia Warsaw next Thursday night. Rangers 'are predictable' says Legia midfielder

Legia Warsaw's Domagoj Antolic insists they can shock Rangers by winning at Ibrox, and also branded them "predictable". He said: "Of course we wanted to win, but a goalless draw is not a bad result and certainly better than a score draw.

"Rangers didn't surprise us at all. We watched their matches on tape before the game and they played exactly as we expected them to play.

"They have a lot of quality, especially in midfield, but they also have faults and we tried to take advantage of that.(Daily Record)

Fraser Forster to make move permanent? 

Fraser Forster is not ruling out making his season-long loan deal at Celticinto a permanent arrangement. Still under contract at Southampton until 2022, the 31-year-old was paraded as a Parkhead player again on Thursday night. sked if he could make the deal permanent, the England international said: “Yeah, definitely. I’d never, ever rule that out. Obviously, I just want to concentrate week-by-week to begin with. But if we have a great year, ultimately, it would come down to the two clubs working it out somehow." Neil Lennon has told Boli Bolingoli and Christopher Jullien to ignore the Celtic boo-boys. Lennon said: "Sometimes the fans get a little bit anxious but the other night I thought they were brilliant.

Scotland youngster to head to Spain

Scotland under-21 star Jordan Holsgrove is set to join Spanish side Atletico Baleares on loan.  The Reading youngster is now expected to move to Baleares, a side based on the island of Mallorca, who play in the third tier of Spanish football.

Ojo blames himself for Euro exit

Aberdeen midfielder Funso Ojo says he still blames himself for their Europa League exit after being red carded against Rijeka. He said: 

 “I was a bit embarrassed, ashamed and angry.

“It is not something you can turn back when you play in Europe.
