Steven Gerrard's side are the odds-on favourites to win on Thursday night, with most bookmakers offering odds of around 4/9. Legia, meanwhile, can be backed at around 6/1 at most bookies.

Centre-back Nikola Katic is likely to return to the first team line-up after sitting out Sunday's 1-0 win over St Mirren, while Alfredo Morelos is expected to be given the nod in attack ahead of Jermain Defoe. Steven Davis could return in midfield and it remains to be seen if Gerrard will start Borna Barisic at left-back again after the Croatian's winning goal in Paisley at the weekend.
