Sheyi Ojo and his teammates watched with delight as Feyenoord, Porto and Young Boys were pulled out the Europa League hat alongside Rangers.

The on-loan Liverpool youngster was desperate for the Light Blues to mix it with the big guns in the competition.

And the draw didn't disappoint.

Dutch giants Feyenoord are first up at Ibrox but former winners Porto will also be an extremely difficult hurdle to get past if Steven Gerrard's men are to qualify from Group G.

Michael Mols warns Rangers not to take European foes Feyenoord lightly ahead of Ibrox showdown

Swiss club Young Boys are no slouches, either, but Ojo is adamant Gers fancy themselves against anyone - and has backed the Glasgow outfit to give as good as they get.

Speaking on the Rangers podcast, Ojo said: "For a lot of the players, pretty much all of us, we want a tough group.

"It's a good opportunity as a club and players to go against the best, that's what we want to do.

"That's why you push so hard to be in these sorts of tournaments.

"Being in the Europa League this season is massive, not just for the club but for the players as well.

"It's a massive test but I'm sure we'll be able to do well."
