Jozo Simunovic seems to have come through his knee surgery with no complications.
The Croatian defender has been nursing a knee problem for months and was forced to undergo surgery this week.
Celtic boss Neil Lennon confirmed the player needed an arthroscopy to clean up the injury.
But he appeared in good spirits after the operation and posted on social media from his hospital bed.
He vowed: “I’ll be back.”
Simunovic, 25, has been out of action since Celtic’s Europa League clash with AIK at Parkhead.
He looks likely to miss six weeks of action.
