DARIAN MACKINNON is on the verge of completing a loan deal to Partick Thistle for the remainder of the season, Herald Sport understands.
The Hamilton captain has made just 11 appearances for the Accies this term, with the last of those coming in ealy November.
The 34-year-old had been attracting interest from Morton recently, but Ian McCall has won the race to bring the midfielder to Firhill, and he should complete the move ahead of today's game against Dundee United.
