Rogers 5: Should have done much better with Christie's free-kick but would have expected a busier day than he got.
Broadfoot 6: Used his experience to help his fellow defenders and handled Celtic's forward players with relative comfort.
Millen 6: Got the better of Taylor and Elyounoussi defensively and benefited from having Broadfoot alongside him.
Findlay 7: Composed at the back and restricted Edouard. Looked in a bit more difficulty when Celtic went two up-front.
Walters 6: Was barely troubled at all by either of Celtic's wingers.
Burke 6: Cool head for the penalty and got forward when he could. Found it tough to get past Taylor.
McKenzie 5: Replaced at half-time due to injury.
Power 7: Perfect foil for Gary Dicker in the midfield. Shackled Scott Brown but had even more success against Celtic's more creative players.
Dicker 7: Broke up the play for Kilmarnock all afternoon and put himself about. Wasn't afraid to take a yellow card for a foul early on that was punished, but worked hard and didn't put a foot wrong after that.
Tshibola 6: A willing runner and showed flashes of what he can do. Not as influential as his fellow attacker.
Kabamba 8: Put in an impressive performance against Jullien and did brilliantly to win the penalty against the Frenchman. Won a lot of first and second balls that put Celts under pressure.
Subs:
Haunstrup 5: Got the second-half but couldn't influence the match. Worked hard.
Kiltie 3: N/A
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
