Gary Mackay-Steven is set to return to Scotland with Hearts.
The former Celtic, Dundee United and Aberdeen winger is set to undergo a medical with the Tynecastle outfit later today.
It is understood that a two-and-a-half year deal is on the table following Mackay-Steven's rekease from MLS outfit New York City.
Aberdeen had also been interested in the one time Scotland international, but it appears that Hearts have won the race for his signature.
