Arsenal invincible Lauren has heaped praise on Kieran Tierney - but refused to compare him to Liverpool's Andy Robertson,
The retired Cameroonian defender is a fan of KT and believes he can be a top player in a back three or four for Mikel Arteta. He has watched with delight at the Scotland cap as he has came on leaps and bounds at the Emirates.
Across the country at Liverpool, Robbo has also impressed and won the Premier League trophy and the Champions League. But while Lauren hails Tierney, he stopped short of comparing the two players and instead focused only on what Tierney can provide for his former employers down the line.
Speaking to GentingBet.com, Lauren said: "Tierney is a very useful player. He can play in a Back Three as we saw at Celtic and last season for Arsenal but he can also play as a left back as well, overlapping, shooting with both feet and getting crosses into the box.
"I don’t like to compare him with Andy Robertson, he just needs to keep playing the way he is and that will be good news for Arsenal."
