Queen's Park were declared League Two winners last night after a goalless draw with Elgin City handed them the point they needed to secure the title.

Ray McKinnon's men are currently unbeaten in the division with 15 wins and three draws from 18 fixtures.

They sit a whopping 13 points in front of closest challengers Edinburgh City.

Manager McKinnon applauded his players at full-time. He told the club website: "It's an amazing feeling. We've worked so hard this season, the players have been fantastic from day one and I'm just so happy for everybody connected to the club.

"The players, the staff and the fans, they've not had the opportunity to see us and I'm delighted for them. I'm sure, anyone watching from home, that was for you as well. Hopefully we'll get to celebrate soon, it's been a difficult year but a fantastic way to finish it."
