SCOTT BAIN 7: Left helpless at Aberdeen goal, but denied Ferguson twice with smart saves soon after.
JONJOE KENNY 5: Slack marking to let Ferguson score and didn’t get much change out of Hayes all evening.
STEPHEN WELSH 5: Lost Considine for the opener as Celtic set-piece frailties were laid bare once more.
NIR BITTON 6: In at centre-half and didn’t look particularly comfortable up against Kamberi. Made one brilliant last-ditch clearance though to keep Celtic in game.
GREG TAYLOR 5: Always willing to bomb forward, but lacked quality with his final ball.
SCOTT BROWN 5: Failed to have his usual influence against his future employers as Aberdeen dominated the midfield in first half. Better after break.
CALLUM MCGREGOR 5: Tried to get on the ball and make things happen, but like Brown, struggled to make his mark on the game.
RYAN CHRISTIE 4: Missed a great chance as the ball broke to him with Woods out of position, but hit an Aberdeen defender with his shot. Summed up his night, and his season really.
DAVID TURNBULL 6: Carved out two chance for Edouard that were spurned, then hit the bar himself when the roles were reversed, crashing effort off the bar. Lucky to escape red as frustration got better of him late on, kicking out at McGeouch.
MOI ELYOUNOUSSI 6: Drifted in and out of the game, as he tends to, but showed his quality late on as he found cross for Griffiths equaliser.
ODSONNE EDOUARD 5: Passed up two great chances to pull Celtic level, lacking conviction in his finishing. Then when he did put one away, was flagged offside. Teed up Turnbull well on one occasion, but not his night. Again.
SUBSTITUTES
LEIGH GRIFFITHS 6: On for Edouard with half an hour left and popped up with leveller with last touch.
TOM ROGIC 5: On along with Griffiths to spark the Celtic attack and showed some nice touches.
KARAMOKO DEMBELE 4: Youngster got last 10 minutes and was lively.
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
