CELTIC fans have been given an insight into Ange Postecoglou's football philosophy, and it's non-stop.

A mic'd up training session of the Hoops boss appeared to show his plans to put constant pressure on the opposition and play a high-tempo style of football.

The Greek-Australian manager, only appointed last month, looked well at home on the Lennoxtown pitch as he shouted instructions to his players during a possession and finishing drill.

And he stressed to players his desire to play be relentless, keep the ball moving with minimal touches per player and "never stop" during a match.

Setting out his style of play to players, Postecoglou said: "Ball speed is very important for us, ball speed is number one. Even when we're keeping possession I don't want the ball to move slowly.

"What does that mean? When we pass it, we pass it with purpose, we need movement so the next pass is always available and not too many touches on the ball.

"One or two touches we move it, we move together as a team. Once we get to the front thrid we've got to be super sharp, super efficient.

"It goes wide, early cross, attack the cross, score our goals."

Reinforcing his demands, Postecoglou urged players to become a team rivals don't want to play against with continuous pressure to regain possession, before making clever attacking runs to be available to receive the ball.

"Get it into your heads; we never stop, we never stop. We'll stop at half time and we'll stop at the end of the game when we celebrate. But during the game we don't stop", Postecoglou shouted from the centre of the training drill.

"If the opposition wants to stop that's good for us we'll f***ing take advantage of it.

"It's either a touch finish, or a cross and one-time finish for somebody else. And if we lose the ball I f***ing want us to win it back.

"Keep the pressure on, the more we are a team they don't want to play against us, the more effective we'll be. They'll know they can't get a rest against us."

Odsonne Edouard, Albian Ajeti and Vasilas Barkas could all be seen in the training session clip, with youngsters Stephen Welsh and Luca Connell also involved.
