THIS is the moment that Rangers winger Ianis Hagi scored a wonderful solo goal against Germany tonight.

The Light Blues star put his nation ahead of the 2014 World Cup winners in the ninth minute of the game to stun the Volksparkstadion.

It was a superb individual effort from the 22-year-old - something his dad, Gheorghe, will be proud of.

He picked a pass up just inside the German half as he made a beeline for the danger area.

Antonio Rudiger closed Hagi down, but he showed his class with both feet.

He then produced a sensational step-over, swiftly followed by a nutmeg on Rudiger to drift away from the Chelsea defender AND Kehrer.

This allowed Hagi space inside the box before unleashing a brilliant left-footed strike past Barcelona’s Marc Andre Ter Stegen.

This sparked wild celebrations for the wide man and his Romania team-mates.
