RANGERS have received a major injury boost with Aaron Ramsey's injury worries reportedly "nowhere near as bad as first feared".
The Welshman - on loan from Juventus - was forced off in the 2-1 extra-time victory over Celtic at Hampden before half-time.
And there were fears the knock could be serious and lead to an extended period on the sidelines.
But, The Scottish Sun claim the hamstring problem is not a serious one after Ramsey was sent for scans.
The report suggests Ramsey could even be back in action in two weeks with no significant damage from the injury.
It's thought there were major fears the injury could have been the same problem as Ramsey faced at Arsenal before he headed to Serie A.
Speaking after the injury at Hampden, Giovanni van Brocnkhorst revealed: "He (Ramsey) had some problems with his hamstring so we need to assess it.
"But of course, I think he has something but we do not know yet what it is.
"He could not play on so that looks like an injury."
The Scottish Sun report goes on to suggest Ramsey could be back for the May 1 derby match against Celtic - but will miss this weekend's Motherwell clash and the trip to RB Leipzig.
