Queen's Park have been disqualified from the Scottish Cup.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle have been reinstated to the competition.
Billy Dodds' team will progress to he fifth round to play Livingston. That game will take place next Saturday.
Queen's won their fourth round match with Inverness 2-0 on Tuesday night.
However, it was discovered in the aftermath of the tie that the Glasgow club had fielded an ineligible player.
Euan Henderson started the tie in the Highlands but only joined on loan from Hearts six days after the original clash was postponed on January 21.
And Scottish FA rules state that only those registered before the initial date are eligible to play.
A notice of complaint was raised on Wednesday evening, as the governing body organised a hearing today to come to a resolution on the matter, .
And it has been decided that Queen's Park will exit the tournament, and Inverness to be brought back in.

A statement from ICT reads: "The club can confirm that following the decision of this afternoons SFA Judicial Panel, we have been advanced into the next round of the Scottish Cup and we will now face Livingston away next Saturday 11th February at 3pm."
Queen’s Park President David Hunter said: “We have been advised by the Scottish Football Association that our participation in this season’s Scottish Cup is at an end.
"An error was made regarding the eligibility of a player who featured in Tuesday night’s game with Inverness Caledonian Thistle and we have accepted the SFA’s decision.
“It is a regrettable mistake. One we will learn from. Our team put on a tremendous display on Tuesday to win the tie and obviously today’s result is a hugely disappointing outcome. As upsetting as this matter is, it’s vital that we put this behind us quickly, move on and focus on our league campaign.
“The support we received from our fans on Tuesday was terrific. We are conscious that they invested time and money travelling to the game.
“I will be speaking to the Supporters Association over the coming days to suggest how the club can recognise the efforts of the travelling support”.
