A whole host of first-team stars from the Scottish Premiership and beyond have made the starting eleven - including Gilmour who was recently touted for an A-squad call-up under Steve Clarke.

The Scotland boss, in the end, allowed Scot Gemmill to keep hold of Gilmour to make sure the youngster's development doesn't falter.

Scotland's youngsters are currently joint top of Group D on seven points alongside Greece.

The Czechs, meanwhile, sit three points behind in third albeit with a game in hand.

Full starting XI: Robby McCrorie, Reading, Harvie, Porteous, Johnston, Campbell, Magennis, Gilmour, Hornby, Middleton, Ross McCrorie.
