Dave Rennie has urged Glasgow to grasp the benefits of home comforts against Edinburgh as they look to cap a memorable Guinness PRO14 title within their own city limits.
Victory in Saturday's derby clash with Richard Cockerill's men will ensure a home semi-final for Warriors and leave them just 80 minutes away from walking out for the grand final at Celtic Park.
Their inter-city rivals will not make it easy, especially as they require a win to keep hopes of their own play-off slot and a place in next year's Heineken Champions Cup alive.
But head coach Rennie has faith in his side's ability to prevail when the pressure is on.
He said: "Ever since we dropped to second in the conference behind Munster back in January we've been under pressure and we've not lost a game since then.
"To win titles you have to be able to perform under pressure and we've shown in recent weeks, especially in the last two rounds against Ulster here and Leinster in Dublin, that we can rise to those occasions and actually thrive when there is a lot at stake.
"We've got ourselves in a good spot and we know if we win tomorrow night we won't have to leave Glasgow again this season."
Rennie has named hooker Fraser Brown captain for the sell-out Scotstoun contest.
Glasgow defeated reigning champions Leinster at the RDS in their last outing and Rennie has rewarded the team that won in Dublin.
The only change is enforced by an injury to Chris Fusaro, who has been ruled out for the remainder of the campaign following hamstring surgery, with Tom Gordon taking his slot in the back-row.
On the bench, club co-captain Ryan Wilson is selected for the first time since getting injured playing for Scotland back in February.
