Please provide your full name and the email address you used when you subscribed. Your cancellation will take effect immediately for all plans and payment collections will cease before the next payment date. However, please allow 3 working days to process your cancellation request.

Your entitlements and subscriber benefits will remain active until this date. There are no refunds for unused parts of your subscription unless you have purchased a yearly subscription and have cancelled within 14 days of purchase.
