SLOAN Winifred Drummond Peacefully, on Wednesday, 25th November, 2015, at home with her family, Winnie Sloan, former Provost of South Ayrshire Council. Beloved wife and best pal of Drew, much loved mum of Geoffrey, Richard and Victoria, a special grandmother of Eilidh, and a very dear friend to many. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place at St Leonard’s Church, Ayr, on Wednesday, 2nd December at 3.45pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
