SHERIDAN PAUL. Peacefully, at Westerton Care Home, on 27th December 2017, with his wife and daughters. Paul, beloved husband of Patricia, dearest father of Clare, Kathleen, Paulyne and Kerry, much loved grandad, father-in-law and brother. Fortified by rites of Holy Church. Reception and vigil at St Andrew's R.C. Church, Bearsden on Thursday, 4th January 2018 at 6pm. Requiem Mass on Friday, 5th January at 10am, thereafter to Langfaulds Cemetery.

I well remember our four years together with Paul at Glasgow University, and which continued after.
Paul came to visit me in Montreal in the 1960s and we have kept in touch over the years.
I was pleased to see him in August and he was well enough to recognise me and enjoy a conversation - even though he was not well.
