ORR Sir John On 19th February 2018, peacefully at Dumfries Infirmary, Sir John Orr, retired Deputy Chief Constable of Dumfries & Galloway Constabulary and Chief Constable of Strathclyde Police, former Chairman and Honorary President of Kilmarnock F.C., beloved husband, brother, father and grandfather and dearly loved by all his family and friends. Service at St Michael's & South Parish Church on Thursday, 1st March at 11am. All friends are respectfully invited to attend. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for Hemochromatosis Society. Private interment thereafter at Kilmarnock.
