McGUIRE Marion Lucy (nee Watson) On 2nd March, 2018, in the Bexley Wing, St James's Hospital, Leeds, Marion was taken peacefully from us. She had borne her illness bravely and with her own brand of good humour for over a year and until the end. For 40 years she was the most beloved and perfect wife of Hugh. She was a wonderful mother to Allan and Laura, twin sister of Joan, sister-in-law to Murray and friend to Beccy and Tom. We ask that all who knew Marion remember her smile in happier times. Marion will return to Scotland to rest and prior to that an afternoon tea will take place at the Garforth Country Club, 19 Aberford Road, Garforth, Leeds, LS25 1PZ from 2pm to 4pm on Wednesday, 28th March, to which all friends, colleagues and acquaintances are cordially invited. Her funeral will take place at the Linn Crematorium, 413 Lainshaw Drive, Glasgow G45 9SP at 1pm on Friday, 30th March. Again, all who knew her are invited to attend and thereafter at Mitchells Restaurant, 107 Waterside Road, Carmunnock, Glasgow, G76 9DU.
