The newly-announced spring programme for theatre Sherman Cymru in Wales, where Rachel O'Riordan, formerly of Perth Theatre, is now artistic director, includes the first Welsh co-production with Òran Mór's A Play, A Pie and A Pint in Glasgow.

The world premiere of Matthew Trevannion's play, Leviathan, will be directed by O'Riordan herself. A tale of familial ties, it casts a darkly humorous eye over the changing fortunes of people trying to detach themselves from their past. Plays from PPP have already been seen at the Edinburgh Festival, the Belfast Festival, the Brighton Festival, the Adelaide Festival, the Island Festival in Tasmania, the Golden Mask Festival in Moscow, the Last Frontier Theatre Festival in Alaska and now in Cardiff.
