You The Critic - send us your reviews here

We at HeraldScotland want to hear from YOU about the live performances you've seen.

Our new series - You The Critic - allows readers across Scotland to submit their own compact arts reviews in the fields of theatre, music, dance, comedy, open mic events, visual arts (not film or TV). We'll post them to the site every day.

To make your review as fair as possible, it's important that you use your real name and we know that you're not going to benefit personally from what you write. Be honest, be funny if you like, and feel free to be critical… but don't be offensive.

To submit your write-up, as soon as possible after you've been to the show or event, copy and paste the following form into the body of an email and fill in the fields:

Send it to: critics@heraldandtimes.co.uk (we'll keep your email secret)
