ALMOST a quarter of all workers in the UK are currently looking for a new employer, due to dissatisfaction. This is the highest job-seeking intentions have been in two-and-a-half years, according to a joint study from CIPD and Halogen Software.

Having spoken with 2,000 UK workers and found that job satisfaction has fallen from +48 to +40 in the first quarter of 2016.

Thirty-seven per cent of employees say they are under excessive pressure at work at least once a week but more employees are satisfied with their current pay (41 per cent) than dissatisfied (36 per cent).
